Support is available 7 days a week, all hours of the day. However, due to the small size of our team support ticket response time "could" take up to 12 hours. Generally we get back to most requests within a couple of hours. Our measured average first response time for any ticket opened in the month of August 2021 was 0.94Hours (Just shy of one hour).
Sales and General requests are usually handled Monday - Friday during what would be considered 'normal business hours'. Our staff are all located in the Eastern Standard Time timezone and even though we do not have a set schedule, we do respond to tickets after hours and on the weekends.
