IncogNET offers a 72 hour refund period for all services paid via credit card or PayPal. At this time we are unable to refund crypto payments. While this may seem like a relatively short period of time, we feel it offers a balance that allows for a safe trial of the service while not attracting those who abuse policies allowing longer refund periods.
Any refund past the 72 hour window is at the sole discretion of IncogNET.
