June 29th, 3:00PM EST:

Migrations are now 100% complete. All services that were previously in Naaldwijk, Netherlands are now in Amsterdam, Netherlands. For the next 24 hours there will be network quirks as a result of our IP subnets being announced in a new location while some BGP routes beyond our control may still direct traffic to the old location. This will resolve itself. To address a concern related to packetloss, there may be a planned maintenance in the coming week to replace a piece of hardware that may be the cause. If so, we will announce this maintenance with as much notice as possible.

Thank you for your patience.

June 29th, 7:30AM EST:

Netherlands IncogHost (CloudLinux Shared Hosting) and IncogVPN will soon go offline for migration. The VMs assigned an IP from the 23.137.249.X range will become available first. Still migrating the rest of the VMs with an estimated time of completion in the next 12 hours. (Likely sooner, but giving some buffer for last minute issues that may arise as we've already experienced some hiccups in the migration process thus far)

June 29th, 3:35AM EST:

Migrations will be finished today. We encountered several delays that were unaccounted and unplanned for, as seen below. The most recent issue with network packetloss has been fixed at this time which has allowed for us to continue migrations without interruption. Thank you for your patience. Impacted customers will be able to request that their service date be extended to reflect this disruption period. (Details will be sent via email on file)

June 28th, 9:30AM EST:

Migrations still taking place, though slowed down due to some unforeseen network issues that has popped up. We are working on correcting these network issues (high packetloss) at this time, and migrations will continue. Currently about 65-70% completed with VM migrations. Thank you for your patience.

June 28th, 1AM EST:

Migrations are still taking place. This is taking longer than planned due to the software stack's migration tools silently failing in the background in some cases. Now migrating VMs one at a time. Will post additional updates here.

We have begun the previously announced datacenter migration in Netherlands from Naaldwijk to Amsterdam. Over the next 24 hours or so there will be some service disruption as a result of data being migrated between the two facilities and waiting for the network resources to stop routing to the old location and start routing to the new location. During this time period customers will experience complete loss of network function and may experience some packet loss or strange network routing quirks. We do apologize greatly for this inconvenience however this migration has been in the works for months, with several advanced notices being dispatched.

Impacted services include: CloudLinux Shared Hosting, Virtual Private Servers and the WireGuard VPN customers. Those with a Netherlands dedicated server are not impacted by this, as they are not being migrated as we are discontinuing their service (as previously announced) in September of 2025.
