IMPORTANT - Notice of account migration of Luxembourg Shared Hosting customers to our new Netherlands location.

If you are a IncogNET (Formerly, "INCOG.HOST") customer and are utilizing our shared hosting service in Luxembourg, using the nameservers ns1.incog.host / ns2.incog.host OR ns1.incognet.io / ns2.incognet.io then this notice is for you. If you are a shared hosting customer with active service in the Netherlands, then you may ignore this notice as it does not apply to you.

On September 25th we will be turning off the servers in Luxembourg powering the now defunct / old shared hosting service located there. All accounts on these servers, as of today, have been migrated to the Netherlands. You should have received an email with the details regarding this. On September 30th, these servers will have their data securely destroyed and the servers repurposed.

The only action required on behalf of the impacted customers is the need to update your nameservers to those supplied in the email dispatched. If you have not received this email, please contact us. After your nameservers are updated and your site is resolving to it's new home in the Netherelands, please check to make sure any dynamic or visitor submitted data/content is up-to-date. If we need to, we can restore data on the Netherlands server from a more recent backup that will be generated between now and the time you make the required updates.
